LinTech was acquired by its current owner in 2023 and is charting the next phase after graduating from 8(a) status.

LinTech Global's subsidiary focused on the federal IT market has hired a new chief executive in Mike Zembrzuski, most recently chief growth officer at Delviom.

Zembrzuski joins the LinTech team one year after it was acquired by Dexian, a staffing and IT services company known as Disys at the time. Dexian adopted its current branding and identity after the transaction closed.

In its Friday announcement, LinTech cited Zembrzuski's two-decade background in government IT modernization and national security. He has held growth leadership roles at Guardian One, NetCentrics, ACT1 Federal, CACI International and Six3 Systems.

LinTech is a graduated 8(a) small business whose customer base includes the Army, Navy, Air Force, Defense Health Agency, NASA and Environmental Protection Agency.
