Abt Associates, Edgewater hire new growth chiefs

These two companies bring in new leaders for their business development, capture and proposal functions.

Abt Associates

Baris Yener has joined this global consulting and research firm as its new growth chief after approximately 25 years in business development leadership roles at ICF and Booz Allen Hamilton.

His other areas of responsibility aside from BD will include strategic capture, strategic growth, sales enablement, marketing and communications in his work with Abt's other business leaders.

Most recently, Yener worked as chief growth officer for the public sector and technology group at ICF. Before ICF, he spent 13 years at Booz Allen Hamilton and during that time led the market sensing and development functional capability.

Edgewater Federal Solutions

Zhenia Klevitsky has started in the CGO role at this government technology services company, which focuses on enterprise IT and data science work for agencies.

She will be responsible for overseeing and further building out Edgewater's activities in business development, capture and proposal.

Klevitsky joins Edgewater after previously working in the same role at Sev1Tech. She is also a former vice president of business development from ASRC Federal and head of sales for Guidehouse's national security business.
