Empower AI hires new finance chief

This is the artificial intelligence integrator's second major executive hire since KKR became majority owner.
Empower AI has hired a new chief financial officer in Pamela Rothka, a three-decade government market veteran and most recently CFO at ECS Federal.
She joins Empower AI to help shape this new phase of the company's strategy with the backing of global investment firm KKR, which became majority owner of the artificial intelligence integrator in February and subsequently appointed Jeff Bohling as chief executive.
“Her disciplined approach to finance and significant experience of delivering results across our industry makes her an ideal fit for Empower AI and our focus on long-term growth," Bohling said in a release Tuesday.
Rothka is also a former CFO for Octo Consulting and Buchanan & Edwards.
