LinQuest elevates new chief executive
The space systems integrator picks an insider to take the reins.
LinQuest Corp. has promoted a new chief executive from within its own ranks in Greg Young, who has been the space systems integrator's chief operating officer for the past four years.
Young succeeds the retiring Tim Dills, who has led LinQuest as CEO also since 2019. Dills joined LinQuest one year after its acquisition by private equity firms Madison Dearborn Partners and CoVant Management.
In the role of COO, Young oversaw the company's day-to-day operations and technology innovation efforts that included the development of new digital engineering and simulation solutions.
LinQuest has also prioritized space superiority, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mission planning, autonomy and a new laboratory called LinQlab to facilitate the creation of those new offerings.
