Lockheed board adds former DIA chief Vincent Stewart
The four-decade Marine Corps veteran most recently was deputy commander of Cyber Command.
Lockheed Martin's board of directors has elected a new member in Vincent Stewart, the retired Marine Corps lieutenant general and former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Stewart's term as an independent member of the panel will officially start on Friday. The nearly four-decade military veteran will sit on Lockheed's classified business and security committee, the company said Tuesday.
He most recently was deputy commander of Cyber Command and prior to that led DIA -- where he was the first African American, first Jamaican American and first Marine to hold that position of director.
