Find opportunities — and win them.

The work is set to unfold over the next five years.

Technology firm Excella landed a five-year deal worth roughly $116.6 million to develop new and boost existing information technology capabilities for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Awarded via the Digital Innovation and Development II contract, the work will introduce modern software and enhanced services for the agency’s internal government users and customers.

With more than 19,000 employees and contractors, and 200 offices around the globe, USCIS enables immigration to America.

“Excella will play a key role in the agency’s digital transformation to modernize existing

applications and systems through agile software delivery practices and user-centered design,” officials wrote in press release shared with Nextgov on Monday. “These systems will improve user experience to streamline immigration benefits and services and make adjudication more efficient.”
