Guidehouse promotes new growth chief from within

Guidehouse has promoted one of its segment leaders in David Zito to chief growth officer, a newly-created role for the consulting services company.

Zito will responsible for leading the firm’s investments in new markets and opportunities, developing strategies for technology and business process management solutions, and driving cross-segment collaboration.

The firm said Wednesday Zito will also lead the managed services and advanced solutions business units, plus functions related to sales, marketing and employee experience.

Most recently, Zito led Guidehouse’s commercial health care segment that came to the company through its acquisition of Navigant last year.

Zito joined Navigant in 2003 and two years later was promoted to that position, where the firm credits him for leading growth to more than 2,700 consultants and 1,400 managed services professionals.
