SOS International hires a pair of veteran executives in the government market to its executive team and promotes two other leaders to new roles.

SOS International has hired a pair of veteran executives in the government market to its executive team and promoted two other leaders to new roles, the company said Thursday.

Kevin Anderson, former vice president of business development at BAE Systems’ U.S. subsidiary, has joined SOSi as VP of corporate growth. SOSi touted his two decades of defense and intelligence market experience in business development, corporate strategy and profit-and-loss management.

Reston, Virginia-based SOSi has also brought on board Steven Shugart, who was formerly president of ARMA Aviation and GardaWorld Government Services. He has also held senior leadership roles at DynCorp International, including senior vice president of business development.

Kevin Bearden and Mark Talkington, both formerly business development executives at SOSi, have been promoted to profit-and-loss leadership roles at the company.

Bearden shifts to vice president of the software solutions group and Talkington was named VP of logistics within the mission solutions group.
