Former PwC federal arm hires Ricci as CFO

The soon-to-be renamed PwC U.S. public sector business has hired former Constellis Chief Financial Officer Deborah Ricci in the same capacity.

Ricci will oversee financial strategy and operations at the unit acquired by Veritas Capital on May 1, according to a Tuesday release.

The 25-year federal market veteran joined security services contractor Constellis last year upon its acquisition of Centerra Group, where she also was CFO in the two years before the sale.

She is also a former CFO of A-T Solutions and helped lead that company through its sale in 2015 to PAE.

PwC's U.S. public sector business posted $509 million in its last fiscal year on 24-percent growth, credit ratings agency Moody's Investor Service wrote in a March report.
