Eagle Ray has acquired Kore Federal in a move that strengthens its strategic planning capabilities, government domain expertise and technology offerings for homeland security, law enforcement and public sector financial services clients.
Kore Federal is based in Falls Church, Va., and the acquisition will enable Eagle Ray to “leverage strong program management paired with innovative technical solutions,” said Babs Doherty, Eagle Ray president and CEO.
“While we retain our small-company agility, we add the critical mass needed to compete for, win and executive large-scale efforts,” she said.
Brian Stygar and Greg Williams will make the move from Kore Federal, and will serve as chief technology officer and chief strategy officer at Eagle Ray.
Among Kore Federal's customers are Immigration and Customs Enforcement, FEMA, Customs and Border Protection, the Defense Department, Navy, Office of Naval Research, and the National Guard.
