Northrop Grumman names new sector VP of human resources
Soloway has been with the company for nearly 30 years

Northrop Grumman has named Constance A. Soloway vice president of human resources for the company’s Electronic Systems sector, where she will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies, programs and initiatives to support the sector as well as employee career development.
She will report to Gloria A. Flach, corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems.
Soloway has been with the company for almost 30 years, holding a number of leadership positions in contracts and pricing, engineering and human resources, the company said in a release.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University, and a master’s degree in international relations and international economics from Johns Hopkins University.
