CACI wins $33M contract with SEC Division of Enforcement

CACI International Inc has won a $33 million task-order contract to provide investigation and litigation services to the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement.

Under the contract, which has one base year and four one-year options, CACI will provide electronic document discovery and computer forensics services.

CACI’s electronic document discovery solutions will help the Securities and Exchange Commission convert electronic documents into formats that their attorneys may use to prepare their legal cases, the company said.

The company’s computer forensics services will allow the commission to collect evidence from a computer system by covertly inspecting it and its contents, while also keeping intact the integrity of the original data.
