NIST needs custom software

The National Institute of Standards and Technology needs an interface for a high-speed arbitrary bit stream generator in order to further the aims of the AC Josephson voltage standard.

Technical details of the interface performance requirements may be found in the combined synopsis/solicitation available on FedBizOpps, under Solicitation No. NB814-204118DT.

Interested sources must submit qualifications by fax, clearly establishing capability to meet the requirements. Faxed quotes are acceptable and should be sent to (303) 497-3163. Quotes are required by Aug. 14.
