Three Win Navy Support Deals

Science Applications International Corp., CACI International Inc. and Resource Consultants Inc. have been awarded a place on the Naval Supply Systems Command's five-year contract to provide technical support services for Navsup offices in Mechanicsburg, Pa., Washington and other locations.
The indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract is for a range of services, including hands-on financial and logistical assistance for budget justification and analysis, technical support for risk assessment of the Navy's financial and supply processes, and assistance in civilian work-force planning.
The contract also calls for assessing operations of the Navy's Exchange Service Command and Petroleum Systems Division, and supporting establishment of activity-based costing and management models.
To pursue future task orders, SAIC of San Diego has formed a team including Maximus Inc., Kajax Engineering Inc., Martinez Consulting and Computer Services Inc., Black & White Inc., Cooper Willis Associates Inc., Gallagher and Gallagher, Villa Communications Inc., Open Minds Inc., and Pennsylvania State University. The ceiling on SAIC's contract is $53 million.
RCI of Vienna, Va., put together a team comprised of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Anteon Corp., Sabre Systems Inc., Endress Hauser Inc., Computer & Hi-Tech Management Inc., Design Express, PS Technology, Chenega Technology Services Corp., and Petroleum Management Corp. to support the Navsup contract. The ceiling on RCI's award is $45 million.
CACI of Arlington, Va., did not release its list of teammates. There is a $47 million cap on its contract award.
