The government systems integrator, based in Austin, Texas, specializes in courthouse applications, such as online filing of documents and case management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

NetX3's pVoice is a Web-based customer contact management application that integrates traditional call center communications with chat, e-mail, Web page collaboration and voice and video over Internet.

"We are very excited to be able to provide this level of sophistication in this area of [customer service] support, something none of our competitors are capable of doing," said Alison Hill, chief executive officer of eSABA Systems.
