State Department Makes $300 Million in ITSS Awards
NOV. 22 ? The State Department made seven awards with a total value of $300 million under its Information Technology Services Support Consolidation contract.

NOV. 22 ? The State Department made seven awards with a total value of $300 million under its Information Technology Services Support Consolidation contract.
The five-year contract will support technical services for operating systems, hardware and software applications for the State Department.
The seven 8(a) companies that won the contract were Alphatech Inc., Computer & Hi-Tech Management Inc., Creative Info Technology Inc., Enterprise Information Services Inc., Multimax Inc., RS Information System Inc. and STG Inc.
The contractors will provide system and software analysis and development, document analysis, development of systems design, computer programming, software maintenance, testing, computer security, technical writing and training.
The value of the individual awards range from about $40 million to $49.4 million. The State Department created the contract to bundle several other smaller contracts into a single vehicle.
The winning companies now will compete against each other for the task orders under the contract.
