Veterans Affairs is seeking a commercially available leased point-to-point telecommunications network to connect its facilities in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. The network must be operational within 30 days of receipt of the notice to proceed. The contract will be for one year, plus four one-year options.

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. is seeking a contractor to provide technical and management consulting services, along with assistance and advice to senior management on development, implementation and integration of major information technology initiatives. Services will be concentrated in the insurance operations department.
