ATS acquires cyber tech solutions provider

Acclaim Technical Services closes its third acquisition in two years and the latest transaction sees it buy a provider cyber technology solutions to the national security community.

Acclaim Technical Services has completed its third acquisition in two years with the latest transaction for Entegra Systems, a provider of cyber technology solutions to the national security community.

Terms were not disclosed, but ATS said Monday that the combined workforce will total around 500 employees.

“They a depth of new capabilities to solve our customers hardest problems, including cyber solutions, SIGINT (signals intelligence) analysis capabilities, and a trademarked natural language understanding system that will benefit many of ATS’ clients along with many other additional solutions and experiences,” ATS CEO Dave Cerne said of Entegra in a release.

Entegra was founded in 2005 and develops its offerings around situational awareness, operational planning, intelligence and geospatial analysis, and cyber and intelligence operations.

ATS is backed by the venture investment firm Blue Delta Capital Partners and the company’s prior two acquisitions were of Global Consulting Services in 2020 and Axis of Engineering in 2019.

KippsDeSanto & Co. and Miles & Stockbridge were respectively the financial and legal advisers to Entegra. Holland & Knight was legal counsel to ATS.
