Guidehouse closes its acquisition of Dovel Technologies to gain a greater presence in health, human services and public safety.
Guidehouse has completed its acquisition of Dovel Technologies to gain a greater presence in health, human services and public safety.
This transaction adds to Guidehouse an employee base of 1,900 people to pursue opportunities in the market as a combined entity of around $2 billion in annual revenue, Guidehouse said Monday.
First announced in September, this is the second major acquisition Guidehouse has completed with the backing of private equity firm Veritas Capital since the former’s launch under its current brand and identity in 2018.
Dovel was owned by another private equity firm in Macquarie Capital, which purchased the government IT company in 2019.
