Valiant appoints new CEO
Valiant Integrated Services' leader since its inception is retiring and the company has promoted his successor to chief executive.
Valiant Integrated Services has promoted Dan Corbett to CEO from his current dual roles as chief financial officer and chief development officer.
The appointment took effect Thursday and Corbett succeeds the retiring Jim Jaska, a four-decade government services veteran who led the founding of Valiant in 2015.
Jaska led Valiant through its acquisition of the Cubic defense services business three years ago for $135 million. Cubic reported that business as a $378 million-annual revenue entity at the time.
Herndon, Virginia-headquartered Valiant also said it appointed Chief Operating Officer Mike Pilon to the role of president.
