VA's T4NG on-ramp hit with fresh protest

For the second time, MicroHealth has objected to being eliminated from the competition for the Veterans Affairs Department's T4NG technology services contract vehicle on-ramp.
The Veterans Affairs Department's on-ramp for its $22.3 billion T4NG technology services contract vehicle has another protest to work its way through the system.
MicroHealth has again filed a protest after being eliminated from consideration to join th Transformation Twenty One Total Technology Program Next Generation vehicle.
The company had been eliminated once before, but that protest led the VA to reconsider its decision. After that corrective action, the VA again decided to eliminate MicroHealth and that led the company to file a fresh protest.
MicroHealth's protest is at the Government Accountability Office. The VA also is facing a separate protest at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims filed by Summit Technologies, which is arguing the VA relied on undisclosed criteria when evaluating its proposal.
In its protest at GAO, MicroHealth is arguing that VA misevaluated its proposal.
T4NG is a massive vehicle and because of the protests, VA hasn’t made any on-ramp awards yet to bring new businesses onto the vehicle. T4NG is the VA’s primary vehicle for purchasing IT products and services.
MicroHealth’s protest at GAO is expected to be completed by Feb. 17. Motions are still being traded back and forth in the Summit case at the court. No deadline has been set there yet.
