Cornell retains its biggest contract
Cornell Technical Services, a Maryland small business, has held onto its biggest contract by capturing the $111.8 million NASA EASSS 3 contact.
Cornell Technical Services, a Maryland small business, has held onto its biggest contract by capturing the NASA Evaluation, Assessments, Studies, Services and Support 3 program.
The single award EASSS 3 contract is worth $111.8 million over five years. It is used to support the NASA Science Mission Directorate and other NASA entities evaluate proposals and review research programs focused on Earth science, heliophysics, planetary science and astrophysics.
It is a follow-on to EASSS 2, worth $101 million over five years. Cornell won that contract in 2016
The Science Office for Mission Assessments at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va., manages the contract.
To win the work, Cornell put together a team that includes Galorath Federal, TGS Consultants, and Reed Integration.
Cornell is based in Columbia, Md., and has 450 employees focused on program and project management, acquisition management, financial management, and systems engineering and technical assistance.
