Booz Allen Hamilton is arguing that the Air Force erred in its technical and price evaluations when it awarded a $57.8 million contract to KPMG.

KPMG won the contract for manpower, personnel and services to the Air Force's Deputy Chief of Staff in support of digital transformation efforts. The service is working to modernize systems, platforms and applications.

The contract was awarded as a task order under the Air Force Strategic Transformation Support contract vehicle that covers advisory and assistance services.

Booz Allen filed its protest is protest Sept. 16 and a decision from the Government Accountability Office is expected by Dec. 28.
