Gryphon appoints new CFO

Gryphon Technologies hires a new chief financial officer that formerly held the same roles for DLT Solutions and Agilex.
Gryphon Technologies has hired nearly three-decade industry veteran Joe Donohue as chief financial officer, the defense technology services firm said Monday.
Donohue joins Gryphon from DLT Solutions, where he was CFO for four years and helped lead that company through its sale to Tech Data last year.
He was also CFO at the former Agilex Technologies when Accenture Federal Services acquired that outfit in 2015.
Gryphon is a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners and has made two acquisitions since the contractor purchased another firm held by AEI as part of a reorganization.
