Raytheon Technologies promotes new HR lead

Find opportunities — and win them.

Two months into its post-merger story, Raytheon Technologies appoints a new chief human resources officer from within the ranks.

Raytheon Technologies it has promoted nearly two-decade company veteran Dantaya Williams to the role of chief human resources officer.

In a release Wednesday, Raytheon Technologies said Williams succeeds the retiring Doug Balsbough after he led human resources functions through the Raytheon-United Technologies merger closed in April to create the new company.

Williams most recently was vice president of human resources for the commercial engines division of UTC’s Pratt & Whitney business. She also is a former vice president of talent, inclusion and engagement at legacy UTC.

Balsbough also helped lead the integration of Rockwell Collins into UTC.
