FLIR appoints new HR lead
FLIR Systems hires a nearly three-decade human resources veteran to be its new chief HR officer.
FLIR Systems has hired nearly three-decade human resources veteran Paula Cooney as senior vice president and chief HR officer.
Cooney will be based at FLIR’s second headquarters in Arlington, Virginia and oversee the alignment of its human capital agenda with overall business objectives. The company said Monday she will report to CEO Jim Cannon.
Prior to FLIR, Cooney was vice president of human resources and communications at specialty chemicals company H.B. Fuller. She spent 10 years at H.B. Fuller and before that worked for 13 years at Intel.
