Noblis hires new talent chief

Noblis brings on board a former ManTech International executive as chief people officer to oversee talent recruitment and career development initiatives.
Noblis has hired nearly two-decade government market veteran Deborah Drake as vice president and chief people officer.
Drake will oversee human resources and organizational development efforts to include talent recruiting, the reward system, professional development and employee engagement.
The Reston, Virginia-based nonprofit said Friday she will report to President and CEO Amr ElSawy.
Prior to Noblis, Drake was vice president for human resources and talent acquisition at ManTech International. Her career also includes time as chief human resources officer at the former Sotera Defense Solutions, and vice president of human resources and business services director at Leidos.
