Favor TechConsulting promotes SVP to growth chief

Vienna, Virginia-based IT consulting firm Favor TechConsulting has promoted one of its senior vice presidents and nine-year market veteran Monica Rosser to chief growth officer.

Rosser will focus on aligning FTC’s business development efforts with its strategy to continue growth in the federal market, the company said in a release Wednesday.

She joined FTC in 2016 as senior vice president of business development and has since built a portfolio of almost $500 million at the Veterans Affairs Department, according to FTC. The company also credits her with leading wins at the Defense Health Agency and Justice Department as well.

Prior to FTC, Rosser led SBG Technology Solutions’ IT Center of Excellence that included at least 180 health IT professionals.

Rosser also oversaw VA and DHA programs in separate stints at Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton before she joined SBG.
