Ensco taps L3 vet for CFO role
Ensco appoints former L3 Technologies executive Thomas DeFrank as the new chief financial officer.
Ensco said Monday it has hired former L3 Technologies executive and 25-year government market veteran Thomas DeFrank as chief financial officer.
DeFrank succeeds Mike Bogdanovic, who is stepping down and transitioning into a new part-time role as director of Ensco’s retirement plan and special projects.
More recently at L3, DeFrank was a vice president of finance and directed both accounting operations and financial analysis.
His career also includes roles at Science Applications International Corp., Lockheed Martin, Delphinus Engineering and NRG Energy.
