Perspecta board adds Eisenberg

Perspecta's board of directors elects longtime financial executive Glenn Eisenberg as a new member.
Perspecta said Tuesday that longtime financial executive Glenn Eisenberg has been appointed to the government IT company’s board of directors.
Eisenberg is currently chief financial officer for Laboratory Corporation of America, also known as “Labcorp,” one of the world’s largest operators of clinical laboratories.
He joined LabCorp in 2014 after 12 years as CFO at bearings and alloy material manufacturer The Timken Group.
Prior to Timken, he was president and chief operating officer at United Dominion Industries and was that company’s CFO prior to his appointment as COO.
