Guidehouse board adds former Booz exec Gerencser

Guidehouse's board of directors elects three-decade Booz Allen Hamilton veteran Mark Gerencser as a new member.
Guidehouse said Wednesday that its board of directors has elected three-decade Booz Allen Hamilton veteran Mark Gerencser as a new member.
Gerencser retired from Booz Allen in 2013, when he was managing partner for the firm's global commercial business. His career at Booz Allen also included stints as managing partner of its government business in the U.S. and abroad, plus service on the board of directors and chair of the partnership committee.
He currently is on the board of directors at Alion Science and Technology, and is chairman of the board of visitors at the University of Maryland-University College.
