Macquarie hires new A&D, government services co-lead
Macquarie Capital, which helped advise CSRA on the sale to General Dynamics, hires Timothy Alden to co-lead its coverage of the A&D and government services markets.
Global financial services firm Macquarie Capital said Wednesday it has hired Timothy Alden to co-lead its aerospace, defense and government services coverage alongside Jeremy Parker.
A two-decade sector veteran, Alden more recently led the same A&D-government services coverage area at Jefferies, another financial services and investment banking firm.
Macquarie Capital was one of two advisers to CSRA on its sale to General Dynamics last year, and was financial adviser and sole bookrunner on Veritas Capital’s acquisition of what is now Peraton from former parent Harris Corp. two years ago.
