Constellis hires former Leidos and Lockheed Martin executive Sharon Watts to the executive leadership team.

Constellis said Monday it has hired former Leidos and Lockheed Martin executive Sharon Watts as chief administrative officer.

In a release, Constellis CEO Tim Reardon said Watts brings to the company “a strong background in information systems, human resources, staffing, and optimizing merger and acquisition synergies.”

Watts joined Leidos in 2016 upon its merger with the former Lockheed Martin IS&GS services business and more recently was chief administrative officer. She also was deputy president of Leidos’ defense and intelligence group.

She previously held a 26-year career at Lockheed with roles in areas such as M&A integration, staffing, engineering and enterprise IT.

Also a Leidos and Lockheed vet, Reardon joined Constellis as chief executive in August.
