Deloitte hires Commerce vet Glenn Davidson
Deloitte hires Commerce Department official Glenn Davidson to help agencies with human capital initiatives.
Deloitte has hired former Commerce Department official Glenn Davidson as human capital transformation executive within the professional services firm’s government and public services practice.
Davidson will focus on helping federal and state government agencies on developing new strategies centered around reimaging their workforces. Initiatives he will focus on include employee experience and human resources functions, Deloitte said Monday.
More recently, Davidson was executive director of enterprise services at the Commerce Department and led work to establish and then run the federal government’s first Cabinet-level multifunction shared services operation.
Shared services for human resources, acquisition and IT reach 47,000 employees, according to the department.
Davidson has held other senior roles with services firms such as Accenture, KPMG and Viatel.
