Interior adds three to $235M financial system support contract

The Interior Department adds three more companies to a $235 million contract for maintenance and support of Oracle-based financial and accounting systems.
The Interior Department has added three more companies to a potential $235 million contract with a shared ceiling to maintain and support Oracle-based financial and accounting systems.
Accenture Federal Services, Creoal Consulting and i360technologies have joined the three initial awardees chosen in October for the contract to help put out a new release of the Oracle Federal Financial System.
AFS was selected for the contract’s $120 million full-and-open portion, Interior said in a FedBizOpps award notice Wednesday. AFS will compete for task orders to perform system support services alongside other large business winners Deloitte and IBM.
Creoal and i360technologies won slots on the $135 million small business track and will vie for work against prior awardee Summit2Sea.
This round of awards appears to be the final group as Deltek data indicated up to six awardees would be selected.
Interior offers financial management shared services to other federal agencies through the department’s business center. Other shared services provided by the Interior Business Center include acquisition and human resources functions such as payroll.
