BAE Systems Inc. has booked a four-year, $100 million contract for technical and functional support services to an Army brigade that carries out aerial intelligence missions in overseas locations.
The contract from the Army Intelligence and Security Command also aims to help the 116th Military Intelligence Brigade better understand regional threats, BAE’s U.S. subsidiary said Tuesday.
Work will also include updates for soldier training exercises. INSCOM is seeking to consolidate, modernize and enhance its overall intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities as outlined in the Army’s 2020 Intelligence strategy.
