General Dynamics books $23M in EPA IT orders
General Dynamics books $23.4 million in task orders for IT infrastructure and other services to the Environmental Protection Agency.
General Dynamics has received four task orders worth $23.4 million combined for IT infrastructure and other services to the Environmental Protection Agency.
Each task order has a one-year base period with a pair of additional one-year options. The orders support EPA's Energy STAR program, the company said Friday.
The EPA technically awarded the orders to SRA International, a heritage company of GD's IT services business. SRA in 2015 merged with the former Computer Sciences Corp. federal business to form CSRA, which GD acquired in April of this year.
Energy Star started in 1992 and the GDIT business has supported the program since 2001.
