ASRC Federal adds Molino as corporate development head
ASRC Federal hires Leidos senior vice president Mike Molino as executive vice president of corporate development to help oversee the M&A strategy.
ASRC Federal said Friday it has hired former Leidos senior vice president Mike Molino as executive vice president of corporate development to help oversee the merger-and-acquisition strategy.
Molino worked as senior VP of strategy and corporate development at Leidos. ASRC Federal cited his almost 15 years of federal market experience in corporate strategy, M&A due diligence, integration, business development, market expansion, business operations and financial management.
ASRC Federal's most recent acquisition was of Vistronix almost two years ago in a deal that added new analytics, signal processing and cloud computing services.
Prior to Leidos, Molino was a vice president at Science Applications International Corp. before that company’s split in 2013 into the two companies now known as Leidos and SAIC.
