Government services company CSS appoints former Leidos executive Joe Craver as the second chief executive in its three-decade history.
Government services company CSS has appointed former Leidos executive Joe Craver as its new CEO and he will be the second chief executive in its three-decade history.
Fairfax, Virginia-based CSS said Thursday that Craver succeeds Dennis Lauchner, who is remaining with the company as vice chairman of its board of directors.
Craver previously spent 24 years at Leidos with the vast majority of that time there when the company was known as Science Applications International Corp. prior to the 2013 split.
He led organizations in markets such as environmental, energy, health, space, homeland security and IT.
CSS provides services to federal agencies in IT, field surveys, laboratory research, social sciences, regulatory analysis, and asset operations and management. The employee-owned company has 250 staffers and manages around $30 million in annual revenue.
