We are collecting data to gauge how people feel about the market. Are you confident? Is your company planning to make investments? What are the critical technologies that your customers are investing in?
The more people who take the survey, the more accurate and insightful our results will be.

This survey is an evolution of our quarterly Contractor Confidence Index survey. We are asking those same core questions to determine the Index number but we diving deeper into some areas as well.
A few of the questions in the 19-question survey deal with IT modernization. We are asking about the impact of the Modernizing Government Technology Act and how many of your customers are expected to launch a modernization project in the coming year.
These questions will yield interesting results and serve as a spring board to an Insider Report specifically on IT modernization that we plan for later this year.
We have one open-ended question -- What topic or issue do you think is not getting enough attention in the marketplace? I’m hoping that the responses point us to some new areas for our reporting and other coverage.
