SOSi adds Defense Group Inc. in second intelligence market buy

SOS International has acquired data analytics and cybersecurity services contractor Defense Group Inc. to further build an intelligence market footprint.

Terms of the transaction were undisclosed. Defense Group is Reston, Va.-based SOSi’s second question in the intelligence market within the past year including the deal for New World Solutions in 2016.

Headquartered in Vienna, Defense Group’s key focus areas include cyber intelligence, foreign language exploitation and data analytics. The company counts federal government agencies and commercial businesses as clients.
