C2 Technologies adds Alion co-founder, LMI vet Rath as COO.

Human capital management and IT services contractor C2 Technologies has hired Alion Science and Technology co-founder and former LMI executive Manik Rath as COO.

Rath joins C2 from nonprofit government consulting firm LMI, where he more recently worked as a senior vice president. The two-decade public sector market veteran helped start Alion Science in 2002 and was a vice president there.

According to the company, Rath has helped publicly-traded and privately-held companies carry out at least 20 acquisitions during his career.

Tysons, Va.-based C2 Technologies' federal customers include the Office of Personnel Management, Air Force, Army and the Interior and Homeland Security departments.
