Air Force awards $800M NetCents 2 modification to small businesses

The Air Force is awarding an $800 million contract modification to 12 small businesses on the Network Centric Solutions-2 contract.

The holidays came a couple days early for a dozen small businesses on the Air Force Network Centric Solutions 2 application services contract.

The Air Force awarded an $800 million modification to 12 small businesses on the NetCents 2 vehicle that increases the contract's ceiling value.

The contract makes it quicker and easier for warfighters to obtain innovative IT services and capabilities covering the full spectrum of operations and missions.

The companies are:

  • Array Information Technology
  • Datum Software Inc.
  • Digital Management Inc.
  • Diligent Consulting
  • Diversified Technical Services
  • DSD Laboratories
  • Excellus Solutions
  • Exeter Government Services
  • Indrasoft Inc.
  • Segue Technologies
  • SI Systems Technologies

The contracts provide Air Force contracting offices with a primary source for NetCentric application services such as sustainment, migration, integration, training, help-desk support, testing and operation support, the Defense Department said in a release.
