ManTech Systems Engineering Corp. has been awarded $11.9 million in options to support the Navy Ship Maintenance and Logistics Information Systems program.
The SMLIS program supports U.S. Navy shore-based maintenance and logistics information technology systems that used to support a wide variety of business processes at the naval shipyards, regional maintenance facilities, ship repair facilities, and NAVSEA headquarters, according to a FedBizOpps notice.
Under the contract, ManTech will provide systems operation, sustainment and support services. The company will provide IT lifecycle planning, operations and sustainment, program management, application technical refresh and deployment, the Defense Department said in a release.
Work is expected to be completed in January 2017.
