Abt Associates appoints new BD director

Abt Associates has appointed Paul Anninos to the position of vice president and director of business development for business development.

Anninos most recently served as vice president for business development at REI Systems. Before that, he spent more than ten years working at ICF International.

Anninos also has a government background, working at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Virginia Beach Wetlands Board and the Virginia Marine Resources Commission.
