Qualis Corp. appoints new COO

Qualis Corp. has appointed Carlos Kingston chief operating officer.

In his new role, Kingston will oversee and lead all of the company’s contracts providing advisory and assistance services to the Defense Department, NASA and industry partners, the company said in a release.

Kingston joined the company in 2014 as vice president, Missiles and Space. Before joining Qualis, he served at the Missile Defense Agency as MDA program director of the Midcourse Defense Program.
