GeoEye wins $55.3M contract to provide predictive analysis services

GeoEye Analytics Inc. has won a $55.3 million contract to support the management and operations of all-source geospatial predictive analysis services for the Defense Intelligence Agency.

GeoEye Analytics Inc. has won a $55.3 million contract to support the management and operations of all-source geospatial predictive analysis services for the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Under the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, GeoEye will provide services to collect and analyze data for geospatial predictive modeling, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in the National Capital Region and is expected to be completed in June 2021.

The company won this contract through an exception to the fair opportunity process required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation, according to the Defense Department. The agency received one proposal.
