SSS appoints ex-Lockheed exec EVP of corporate development

Social and Scientific Systems Inc. (SSS) has appointed Howard Ruddell executive vice president for corporate development.

Ruddell joins SSS from Lockheed Martin, where he served in a number of executive roles.

He brings to the table his 20 years of experience the government professional services industry, especially his experience in strategic planning, business development and operations, SSS said in a release.
