22nd Century Technologies to support science office under $43M contract

22^nd Century Technologies has won a $43 million single-award contract to support the Energy Department’s Office of Science.

The Office of Science is the lead federal agency supporting fundamental scientific research for energy and the United States’ largest supporter of basic research in the physical sciences, according to its website.

Under the contract, 22^nd Century Technologies will cover the entire information technology lifecycle, including PMO, strategy planning, CPIC, enterprise architecture, engineering, infrastructure operations, application development, help desk services, and cybersecurity, the company said in a release.

Work will take place in Germantown, Md., Chicago, Ill., and Oak Ridge, Tenn., and at three other locations.
