Northrop Grumman taps new chief compliance officer

Northrop Grumman has named Carl Hahn chief compliance officer, succeeding Judy Martinez, who will be retiring.

In his new role, Hahn will bring experience in global compliance, investigations and risk management, said corporate vice president and general counsel Shiela Cheston.

Hahn joins the company from IBM Corp., where he served as associate general counsel, trust and compliance officer.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary, and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Virginia.
